Signature Package Cover Photo — Signature Package

The Signature Package features a great selection of delicacies for your cocktail hour including a large Tuscan table and charcuterie presentation of fine Italian specialties, ten select passed hors d’oeuvres, one carving station pasta bar, two specialty stations and other tasty possibilities. Dinner starts with a duet appetizer, followed by your selected main course (choose five entrees for your guests’ selection). In addition to a classic wedding cake with your choice of filling, your guests will be delighted with an additional dessert option and a cappuccino, espresso and cordial demitasse bar. Event enhancements are also available including to- go stations, a champagne wall for your champagne greeting or a frozen drink machine, just to name a few.

Our Flutter of Romance Package includes the Tuscan Table assortment of fine Italian specialties, 10 select passed hors d’oeuvres and a signature specialty station. Dinner for this package is served as a buffet and you’ll select 8 different food options. End the evening with your selected wedding cake.

Sweetheart Package Singles 2026 COVER ONLY — Sweetheart P ackage

Our All-Inclusive Sweetheart Package is intended as a date specific option that will usually take place a few months after booking and is offered at a discounted rate. You may choose either the Sea Star Ballroom or Long Island Aquarium for your reception. This all-inclusive package includes a photographer, DJ and flowers along with your cocktail hour, reception and open bar.

Take the ultimate plunge and say “I Do” with the sharks with our Shark Dive Wedding Package!

Traditional weddings are great, but for the more adventurous couple, or for those who love our apex predators, there’s our Shark Dive Wedding! Our full-face mask keeps your makeup from running and allows everyone the opportunity to marry underwater (you do not need to be scuba certified). The bride will don a white wet suit, the groom’s is formal black and together with our scuba certified dive master you’ll enter the cage and head down into our 120,000-gallon habitat with 10 circling sharks and a plethora of tropical fish.

Excited guests will listen and watch from within the shark tunnel as you exchange your vows. Instead of a kiss you’ll complete the ceremony with an underwater high-five, then head back up to the surface for that official kiss and to get ready for your reception. The happy couple will have the opportunity to shower and prepare for their party while their guests enjoy cocktail hour in the Aquarium. The reception will take place in the main aquarium or in our more traditional Sea Star Ballroom overlooking the Peconic River and our marina. A shark dive wedding is unlike any other and one your guests will never forget.

MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE

Micro Wedding Package – An Intimate Celebration for up to 50 Guests

Celebrate your special day with a perfectly intimate wedding experience designed for up to 50 of your closest family and friends.

Cocktail Hour: Kick off the celebration with cocktail hour, where your guests can mingle while enjoying an array of gourmet appetizers and signature drinks.
Four-Hour Reception: Following the cocktail hour, indulge in a four-hour reception in our stunning venue, whether you prefer the romantic ambiance of our waterfront Sea Star Ballroom or the one-of-a-kind atmosphere of the Coliseum Room within the Long Island Aquarium.
Five-Hour Open Bar: Sip and celebrate with a full five-hour open bar featuring premium spirits, signature cocktails, wine, and beer.
