<b>Tony Cotignola</b>
Tony CotignolaDirector of Sales
Tony Cotignola joined Atlantis Banquets and Events/ Hyatt Place East End & Resort Marina in December of 2010, bringing his broad based Sales experience in the Hospitality Industry to our facility. Tony has over 19 years of New York City, Nassau and Suffolk County experience in the Corporate, Social, Leisure and International markets of the Hospitality Industry. His experiences include Senior Sales Manager for Doral Hotels and Resorts, NYC, where he was a part of the sales team who converted three NYC properties from Doral to the W Hotels. Tony then joined as Director of Group Sales for the Millennium Broadway Hotel where the inception of the CMP, Complete Meeting Package, was launched. Read more…

<b>Sue Lincoln</b>
Sue LincolnSales Coordinator
Suzanne Lincoln has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. She graduated from Marywood University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality Management. Suzanne holds the position of Sales Coordinator for the Hyatt Place East End and Atlantis Banquets & Events for the past three years. She likes to bake in her spare time and enjoys spending time with her family.

<b>Craig Alexander</b>
Craig AlexanderGeneral Sales Manager
Craig Alexander is our seasoned General Sales Manager with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. With over 100,000 events to his credit, including Weddings, Anniversaries, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Christenings, Communions, Birthdays and Corporate Events, he has experience in both the front and back of house operations. Craig has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and enjoys family time, photography, cooking and antiquing.

<strong>Joan LaRosa</strong>
Joan LaRosaCatering Sales Manager
Joan LaRosa graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel and Tourism from Niagara University. She has 20+ years of experience in various hospitality roles including front desk manager, reservations manager and director of sales. She has worked in both boutique and chain hotels, full service and limited service properties here on Long Island. She also served as Director of Sales at Discover Long Island, the island’s official tourism bureau working both the corporate and international markets. In addition to her role at Atlantis Banquets and Events as Social Catering Sales Manager she is an adjunct professor at Suffolk Community College’s Hospitality program. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her family and crafting.

<b>Caryn DeVivo</b>
Caryn DeVivoCorporate Sales Manager
Caryn DeVivo, a graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a Food & Nutrition Degree, was previously employed by KRAFT Food Service and SYSCO Foods as a Sales Manager & Marketing Associate, for 20 years combined. A career shift in 2006, brought her into the hospitality industry as Corporate Sales Manager. Presently, as Conference Service Manager, she delights in event and conference coordination. Residing on the East End of Long Island, she adores spending time with her family and Golden Retriever, and longs for warm summer days spent at the beach and on the water.

<b>Rachel Tomasky</b>
Rachel TomaskyCorporate Sales Manager
Rachel Tomasky was born and raised on Long Island and graduated from nearby Comsewogue High School before attending Suffolk Community College. Rachel has been working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, and it truly is her passion. She is the Corporate Sales Manager for all small groups, corporate meetings and events, corporate negotiated rates, and for the tourism market at the Hyatt Place East End. She resides on Long Island with her husband Daniel and their dog Dutch. When she is not working or networking – she enjoys spending time with her family.
<strong>Ryan Rayos Del Sol</strong>
Ryan Rayos Del SolCorporate Sales Manager
Ryan Rayos del Sol graduated from Lewis University in Illinois with a Finance background.  He started his hospitality career as a Front Desk Agent at a large convention Hyatt property in Chicago.  With Ryan’s extensive Operations background he understands the essence of authentic hospitality and has transitioned this into his Sales role for the Hyatt Place Long Island/East End and Atlantis Banquets & Events.  Ryan is the Corporate Sales Manager for all large corporate/association meetings and events.  He currently resides on Long Island and enjoys spending his time exploring and travelling to unique places locally and outside of the island.

<b>Jacqueline Petrocelli</b>
Jacqueline PetrocelliEvent Coordinator & Director of Vendor Relations
Jacqueline Petrocelli graduated from Salve Regina University in 2009 and earned her Masters degree from St. Josephs College in 2011. She’s been with the Aquarium since day one and has worked in many different areas, gaining a sense of how each department works. She is presently with Atlantis Banquets & Events as the Event Coordinator and Director of Vendor Relations.

<b>Sean Fountaine</b>
Sean FountaineExecutive Chef
Executive Chef Sean Fountaine has been bestowing his culinary skills to our guests since the opening of Atlantis Banquets & Events in 2000. As a graduate of the renowned Johnson and Wales University, he began his career at several critically acclaimed restaurants in Nantucket, Palm Beach, New Orleans and Memphis before launching his own restaurant in Hampton Bays. In 2005 he earned the Certified Executive Chef Status from the American Culinary Federation. In addition to his work with us, he is also an adjunct professor at Suffolk County Community College in the Culinary Arts Department, specializing in food safety and international cuisine. In 2010 he participated in the EUHOFA International Congress at Johnson and Wales University. Most recently, Chef Fountaine was elected Secretary of the Eastern Long Island Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
