Tony has over 19 years of New York City, Nassau and Suffolk County experience in the Corporate, Social, Leisure and International markets of the Hospitality Industry. His experiences include Senior Sales Manager for Doral Hotels and Resorts, NYC, where he was a part of the sales team who converted three NYC properties from Doral to the W Hotels. Craig AlexanderGeneral Sales Manager
Craig Alexander is our seasoned General Sales Manager with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. With over 100,000 events to his credit, including Weddings, Anniversaries, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Christenings, Communions, Birthdays and Corporate Events, he has experience in both the front and back of house operations. Caryn DeVivoCorporate Sales Manager
Caryn DeVivo, a graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a Food & Nutrition Degree, was previously employed by KRAFT Food Service and SYSCO Foods as a Sales Manager & Marketing Associate, for 20 years combined. A career shift in 2006, brought her into the hospitality industry as Corporate Sales Manager. Presently, as Conference Service Manager, she delights in event and conference coordination. Gina Marcus was born in Transylvania and grew up in the Middle-East . She earned her degree in Public Relations and Publicity from the University of Tel Aviv – Israel and is a graduate of the Hotel and Restaurant Management College in Los Angeles. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the hotel industry in Catering and Hotel sales with the Marriott, Hilton and the Hyatt. Rachel Tomasky was born and raised on Long Island and graduated from nearby Comsewogue High School before attending Suffolk Community College. Rachel has been working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, and it truly is her passion. She is the Corporate Sales Manager for all small groups, corporate meetings and events, corporate negotiated rates, and for the tourism market at the Hyatt Place East End. Sean FountaineExecutive Chef
Executive Chef Sean Fountaine has been bestowing his culinary skills to our guests since the opening of Atlantis Banquets & Events in 2000. As a graduate of the renowned Johnson and Wales University, he began his career at several critically acclaimed restaurants in Nantucket, Palm Beach, New Orleans and Memphis before launching his own restaurant in Hampton Bays. In 2005 he earned the Certified Executive Chef Status from the American Culinary Federation. In addition to his work with us, he is also an adjunct professor at Suffolk County Community College in the Culinary Arts Department, specializing in food safety and international cuisine. In 2010 he participated in the EUHOFA International Congress at Johnson and Wales University. Most recently, Chef Fountaine was elected Secretary of the Eastern Long Island Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
